The Student Letting Guys are the new agency on the block. Fed up of seeing and experiencing the service some agents gave to their student tenants, we acted. Offering a friendly customer focused service, we are striving to be the tenant’s favourite agent. Always interacting with students, landlords and contractors we want to alter the Derby student letting market for the better and forever. With our experience in the property industry, finishing our time at University only recently, we know what tenants and landlords are looking for in the student letting market.

University is looked back on by everyone as one of the best times of their lives where friends were made, careers were built, and stories are created. When a Derby university student looks back, we want to be a part of that positive lifelong memory!
